Diff worked with DeSerres to design a website that has the flexibility needed to support ongoing promotions and marketing campaigns, a vast range and volume of products, inventory maintenance, membership and loyalty programs, services, events and initiatives.

The navigation system was designed in an intuitive way through groupings and hierarchies that make sense to the users and clear product taxonomy that resonate with their various target audiences, including both experienced and new artists.

The interface was designed to help users navigate effectively and efficiently throughout and find products they are looking for with ease and delight. The flow of the loyalty programs application and account management section of the website was redesigned and simplified to support ease of use.

Conceptualization of the "Creative Space" feature helped DeSerres realize a business goal to position itself in the market space as an art connoisseur and expert that offers wide range of quality art products. This feature connects users with valuable, engaging content and tutorials on artistic tools, techniques and products.
