Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) from the National Association of REALTORS® empowers REALTORS® to evaluate, enhance and showcase their highest levels of professionalism. It’s not a course, class or designation—it’s an Endorsement that REALTORS® can promote when serving clients and other REALTORS®.

C2EX platform has 11 self-assessments to measure your proficiency in 10 aspects of professionalism (11 for brokers), ranging from customer service to use of technology. In addition, C2EX offers members webinars, broker resources, promotional materials and engagement for state associations (C2EX Level Up Challenge).

Through the Amp It Up campaign we positioned C2EX as a means to ramping up their skill set so they can amp up their confidence, and turn their elevated expertise and commitment to excellence, into expanded capabilities that position them as a powerful client partner and a “next level” market expert. The Amp it up campaign moved from 65,000 users to 100,000, a 54% increase, and increased endorsed members 85% from 10,800 to 20,000.
