The Assignment: To create a video that communicates the value proposition of Telcel UP PLUS to test the new digital security benefit of the plan with Mexican consumers to learn if it resonates. The Approach: We chose fast cuts of phones in various peril scenarios to quickly bring the value of Telcel Up device protection to life. Simple supers, combined with high-impact visuals, reinforce each benefit from cracked screen repairs for only $559 MXN to a new phone upgrade every year. To bring digital security to life, we told a story through the eyes of Maria, a Telcel UP Plus customer whose account had been compromised. A digital security expert recommends several steps Maria can take to protect her online identity from fraud and helps her download and set up the Digital Secure app. We closed with a smiling shot of Maria, credit card and smartphone in hand, ready to shop online with the peace of mind only digital security from Telcel UP Plus can provide.
