Now, 30 years young with 1,000 houses built and counting, Central Oklahoma Habitat has become a major homebuilder in Oklahoma City, constructing some 50 houses a year. Their work in land development and homebuilding puts us them the top 10 of Habitat for Humanity International’s 1,200 affiliates. Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity partnered with Bad Penny Factory for a complete website design overhaul. Special design attention was paid on strong storytelling and community outreach with features that include extensive profile sections for new homeowners, volunteers and sponsors. Real Estate components were also incorporated to map all locations planned for development along with neighbor highlights on past builds. Custom graphics, original photography and video showcases are shown throughout the website design along with easy-to-use access points that connect prospective homeowner applicants with Habitat's affordable housing program.
