Healthy careers feel great.
It was 2020, and everything felt terrible. The world in lockdown. George Floyd’s murder. Uncertainty and tension ruled the day. But despite the changes we were living through, Klick Health was growing, fast.
Knowing we needed to add a few hundred talented Klicksters to our team, we realized we had something to offer a world in distress: healthy careers. Meaningful work that improves lives, in a kind, supportive environment. We figured it was just what our audience needed.
We chose to show just how good a healthy career can feel by featuring real Klicksters, just being themselves. The colours, the smiles, the copy–all were designed to bring a moment of brightness to a dark and risky time.
Holy moly did we strike a chord. With programmatic media and prerolls targeted towards agency people around Toronto, New York, and Philadelphia, we drove thousands of new applicants to our recruiting team. Our inbound hiring grew from 12% to 35%, saving millions of dollars in recruiting costs. Eighteen months later the campaign continues to resonate. Healthy careers really do feel great.
