Meet G&S was more than just a "employee engagement" campaign, it was a combination new employee onboarding, anniversary celebration, content creation system, and survey and data-gathering tool. We captured dozens, sometimes hundreds of photos and video clips of our employees, assembled those assets into videos and carousels, and asked for personality quizzes to be filled out as well. This massive trove of words and images provided us a wealth of highly personalized, humanized and specific IP that the agency could share out widely, going far beyond a simple "profile photo" on a Team slide. Our people have been put front and center for the brand, across all our social channels and they're going to stay there. Celebrating our employees in such a rockstar fashion has only shown us how worth the effort they all are.
