The typography, navigation, interactive elements, and user guidance are deliberately simplified to ease users’ uneasiness and eliminate the sense of distance as much as possible. The professional psychological knowledge is presented in short videos, with its gentle dialogue style and easy-to-understand psychological healing measures, providing users with a more intimate experience. The UI style refers to “color therapy”, changing to different colors according to mental states so that the visual interface can help to relieve the user’s emotions.
At the same time, the app popularizes psychological knowledge and related health problems for users. It gives them a better understanding of the impact of special psychological problems, thus altering their attitudes toward patients troubled by mental diseases, especially in Asia where mental illness is taboo.
