This series of illustrations of Singapore's Urban landmarks aims to promote Singapore's travel culture and describe the unique visual identity of the region.
The designers, based on Singapore landmarks that are popular among global travellers, select four scenes - Merlion, Gardens By the Bay, Marina Bay Sands and Singapore Flyer. They are re-presented in a modern visual way. The realistic outline depiction allows viewers to identify the corresponding landmark buildings of the illustration easily, in which the colour scheme plays an important role.
With pattern featuring a modern minimalist style, like the diverse culture of Singapore, the colors of the illustration are based on traditional colors specific to the Chinese and extend to a diverse colour scheme,which reflects the human characters through a blend of stylistic elements.
The subtle color contrast ensures that the landmarks are at the centre of the user's vision and attract more attention to the carefully recreated details. In this way, it fully ensures that the possibilities and visual comfort in all kinds of expanded vehicle applications, including fridge stickers, posters and various travel souvenirs such as bookmarks for an emotional connection with the traveller.
