Brook-Schwartz created the Quidel corporate brand, and within it all of it?s product brands, logos, and their sub categories. The Triage brand was recently acquired by the company, and needed to be rebranded as Quidel. For each product brand within Quidel, we create an illustration (and in some cases for each disease state). Branding in the diagnostic space on the non consumer side can be very, well?medical. Our goal was to create a more human brand, using illustrations that help tell the complex story of the test being delivered.<br><br>The first in the Triage brand is Triage Toxicology screening. It is a derivative work combining different elements to help illustrate the the elements and science behind toxicology screening.<br><br>The Quidel Triage TOX Drug Screen is a fluorescence immunoassay that is used with the Quidel Triage MeterPro device for the qualitative determination of the presence of drug and/or the major metabolites including assays for acetaminophen/paracetamol, amphetamines, methamphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cocaine, methadone, opiates, phencyclidine, THC and tricyclic antidepressants.
