Community Lending Ad

This ad was created for a client in the mortgage lending industry for inclusion in Fort Myers Real Producers – a magazine for the top-producing real estate agents in the Fort Myers area. The designer wanted to take this client ad in a modern direction while invoking a friendly feel so readers (elite agents) would feel drawn to work with this firm. From the selection of a stock image that successfully showcased agents laughing while still looking professional, to adding layering elements for dimension, to working in the client's brand colors, the ad designer created a crisp and clean ad that allows the main message (the headline) to stand out most.
