Client asked us to expand and evolve the cancer pages on their main site into a more unified and standalone offering. This gave us the opportunity to refocus every part of the site on the mindset of people visiting the site. That is, a person a who has either just been told they have cancer, or who has just been told a loved one does. This meant we needed to address their concerns first and foremost, keep the language simple and clear, and keep the design friendly and clean.Then, using imagery and assets from the wider brand campaign, we were able to integrate the visitor’s familiarity and comfort with Capital Health into their journey through this site. Additionally, we developed a series of videos for the site featuring the doctors that visitors might actually encounter, explaining some of the details and commonly asked questions about cancer. And lastly, we had to make sure this site still felt related to the larger Capital Health site, so there was an important element of continuity and consistency.
