lgnite2X made certain that the 40th anniversary of its client, Zebra Pen, did not go unnoticed. The agency built and activated a multi-channel promotional campaign that connected with consumers and placed Zebra Pen’s show stealing mascot, Zen, at the center of the campaign. Fully integrated, the campaign ran for 40 days, engaging consumers with a social media takeover celebrating the brand’s heritage, and showcasing a special sweepstakes overlay. Fun, imaginative videos and influencer media partnerships created additional buzz, dimensionalizing the brand as anything but ordinary. Things didn’t stop there, as public relations efforts, print ads and QR code adorned product packaging led consumers to an augmented reality experience worthy of this milestone anniversary.
