The name represents growth, beauty, and vibrancy, which are all qualities that the community aims to embody. The name "Bloom" is also a perfect fit for the community's natural surroundings. The community is located in a beautiful area amidst nature, and the name Bloom immediately recalls it. The name also creates a sense of freshness, new beginnings, and a bright future.
The pictogram in the Bloom brand identity is a stylized flower, capturing the essence of the community. The colors were chosen to align with the brand's target market and reflect the essence of the community. A Spartan Green, a Warm Terracotta, hues of Raw Sienna and a creamy tone were carefully selected to create a balanced color scheme that represents the natural surroundings, beauty, and balance that Bloom offers its residents.
The typography used is a combination of serif and sans-serif fonts. The use of both serif and sans-serif fonts evoques a balance of comfort and accessibility, which aligns with the community's core values of livability and affordability.
