Lengua is an annual conference and year-round series of talks about innovation and food marketing, produced by Gluttonomy.
The project was born from Gluttonomy's effort to build a more innovative and collaborative food industry. Happening yearly in Miami, the Lengua conference includes panels, keynotes, networking, and tasting events that aim at bringing the food community together, and most importantly, at being a knowledge hub for Gluttonomy’s clients to learn about marketing and brand strategy.
As a food-focused marketing agency, Gluttonomy wanted to create a space to connect with its audience and potential clients, share knowledge, and become top of mind for industry marketing agencies. Lengua has expanded Gluttonomy’s professional network as a fast-growing agency in Miami. As a self-promotion tool for Gluttonomy, it has positioned us as an expert agency in the industry, attracting more clients and a loyal community of followers. Through Lengua’s program, speakers, and guests, Gluttonomy has higher exposure and reach.
Lengua's branding and concept are inspired by Miami’s culinary identity, based on a strong Latin American influence that brings unique perspectives and flavors to South Florida. Also, we wanted to spark dialogue in food marketing through its name, Lengua, which translates to "tongue" in Spanish. A ‘lengua’ is used to speak and taste, which we invite attendees to do at our conference.
