In our research with young adults who use marijuana, many indicated that regular marijuana use helped them cope with daily stressors. This commercial corrects misconceptions that weed helps alleviate stress. Instead it shows that while the stress-weed-stress-weed loop may feel like a necessary habit to get through the day, it creates a daily downward spiral leading to potential weed dependency. Over time, this dependency can become Cannabis Use Disorder.
