Universal Pressure Pumping embarked on a creativity campaign in 2022 through its advertising agency, Hallaron Advertising, for which Elizabeth Fordham (Founding Principal, Quill & Ink) is the account’s primary copywriter. As part of that campaign, creativity profiles were developed to showcase Universal’s creativity in the oilfield. Fordham conducted the interviews and developed the content to share Deepak Khatri’s insights about the far-reaching benefits of Universal’s outside-the-box thinking in cementing. To present the content in a reader-friendly way, the branded content was divided into logical sections, starting with cementing’s roles in well construction to set the backdrop for the profile, and then moving through Universal’s differentiators, creative training, creativity in mixing materials (the product), execution of that creativity and key takeaways. This profile was promoted on LinkedIn through social media content, housed on the company’s website and also repurposed as messaging soundbites on social media.
