This doc-themed short film tells the heartwarming story of a young fisherman with his elderly mother, living in the suburbs, with no hospital or easy access to quality healthcare. The young man cherishes his mother’s dedication and unconditional love and care for him throughout his life, and wishes nothing but to show his gratitude by taking care of her in her old age, just like she did when he was young.
Our lens follows his personal narrative of the struggles and hardships they go through when crossing long distances from one town to another, just to find a good doctor and a hospital that can provide his mother with the healthcare she deserves. The intimate doc-like scenario helps deliver the main message of the promotional short film: everyone deserves easy access to quality healthcare, and Speetar, which is a telemedicine application, will provide the medical services, consultations and appointments you need at the comfort of your home.
