Sylvamo Digital Flipbook

This new flipbook is designed to showcase every paper in global paper manufacturer Sylvamo’s treated digital portfolio.
Featuring vibrant, high-definition images of fruits, each image is used multiple times (each time printed on a different sheet) to highlight the differences between paper brands (Accent® Opaque and Williamsburg), treatment types (Inkjet Treated and Indigo Treated) and Sylvamo digital treatment technologies (ImageLok® and Dyemond™). The pages, which are all split down the center, can be flipped around the spiral binding for easy comparison.
We partnered with Screen USA to print all the inkjet samples on their Truepress Jet520HD+, and all Indigo sheets are printed on an HP® Indigo 7900. The cover was printed offset on two laminated sheets of Accent Opaque Cover Smooth 120 lb. for added stiffness. We also added a spot polymer and sculptured emboss for additional pizazz.
The digital flipbook is a little like a Rubik’s cube; the best way to use it is to spend some time playing with it. There’s no right or wrong way to use it, and the whole point is to be able to compare as many options as possible.
