Convertapalooza was the backbone of our summer integrated marketing campaign. Capitalizing on the summer concerts theme, we transformed our messaging, advertising, and trade show presence to be all about Convertapalooza throughout the summer. We kicked off the campaign with a few sponsored trade shows that showcased the Convertapalooza theme with t-shirts, slap bracelets, flower crowns, beer koozies, and tattoos. We then used a blog, LinkedIn ads, and email to promote our virtual conference and downloadable concert lineup poster. To cap it off we hosted our own virtual Convertapalooza conference followed by a CRO Geek Afterparty.
The concert lineup had creative names that were related to marketing tactics and pain points such as Guns 'n ROAS, Machine Learning Kelly, KHALEAD, Alicia Keywords, MetalliCAC, SEO Speedwagon, Carrie Underbudget, The Funnel Fighters, Radioheadline, and many more.
