The modified design of Siemens Official Mini Program is a digital brand upgrade based on the existing program for a better user experience of WeChat online shopping.

Meanwhile, it adds old for new services, credits policy, and free gifts to highlight the brand equity, create more scenes of consumption, and incentivize users to complete the purchase decision in a shorter time.
Secondly, the mini program optimizes the brand service system. For pre-purchase product selection, the mini program gives more diverse decision paths and offers users more abundant result displays for fuzzy and precise searches and comparative information of similar products. After purchase, users can track the accurate after-sale guarantee period and the addable service types in their accounts. Moreover, the problem of unsynchronized multipath after-sale reporting has been solved. Users can apply for services for various products all at once, followed by the checkable real-time updating service process in the mini program. The mini program also provides a workbench for sales and engineering staff, allowing them to quickly help new users complete guidance and purchase to improve the efficiency of the brand's services.
