Ultra Tune, a prominent Australian automotive repair and roadside assistance franchise with 275 centers across the nation, turned to Leapfrogger for our expertise in website rebuilding, aiming to boost online visibility and provide an elevated user experience to their customers.

Their Problem
With a vast network of over 275 stores, Ultra Tune held a strong position both online and offline. However, they staggered in keeping up with their fast-growing competitors and faced the inevitable challenge of attracting bookings for individual stores. To address this challenge, Ultra Tune sought our expertise to bolster their online visibility and compete effectively with larger rivals.

Our Solution
Our team combined user experience expertise with innovative solutions. Through Analytics tools, we uncovered a crucial issue: Users were abandoning the booking page due to its complexity. To fix this, we did the following:

1. Prioritised seamless navigation and prominent calls to action.
2. We streamlined the booking process by integrating an automated Registration lookup tool for effortless vehicle detail entry.
3. We implemented Geo-location integration to automatically identify the nearest store, making it easy for customers to locate their closest centre.
4. We built a strategy that not only focused on providing a solution to the client’s problem but also capitalised on innovation and out of the box thinking.
5. We created detailed landing pages for each Ultra Tune store to act as virtual storefronts, showcasing the services offered at each location. These dynamic pages displayed comprehensive details about the stores and services offered at that location.

The Impact
• Bookings surged by 20.6% in the 3-month comparison period.
• User engagement witnessed a remarkable upswing, with a 15% increase in the three months following the platform's launch.
• The location-specific landing pages successfully attracted a staggering 57K organic users since their inception.
