Geared towards assisting startups and SMEs in the United States, we aim to simplify the process of identifying and recruiting top-notch sales professionals who excel in engaging with customers and sealing deals.
To address the common challenges in hiring, we offer innovative solutions: an LLM-backed job posting tool, an AI-powered candidate matching system enriched with flexible preferences, and an AI chatbot for streamlining interview arrangements. These tools, enhanced with color contrast and AI for better data analysis, empower CEOs of startups and SMEs to quickly tailor their preferences and efficiently evaluate sales candidates recommended by AI, resulting in a faster hiring process.
A comprehensive design approach has driven our journey from concept to an upcoming product launch in 2025. The excellence of our user experience design has attracted significant funding from Harvard Innovation Labs and Spark Grants, propelling our continued growth and success.
