Doctors are struggling to establish sufficient empathy with COPD patients, and the impact of the disease on patients cannot be conveyed in a realistic manner. We attempted to convey the burden of the disease more realistically by allowing doctors to witness a part of the patient's life.
Breaking away from traditional methods and known channels, we designed a device with a unique technique that can only be heard with a stethoscope, containing low decibel sounds. The doctors placed their stethoscopes on the box, much like listening to a patient's lungs, and bore witness to the challenging lives of COPD patients.
In this two-phase project, we successfully conveyed the case stories, disrupting the traditional approach of healthcare professionals and making a significant contribution to the awareness of COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) and Glinium Plus. We started with Havva and have now reached thousands of pulmonary specialists and over 16,000 family physicians with four characters. We will continue our project with the journeys of different characters created with artificial intelligence.
