CEV EuroVolley 2023 Tallinn

Once again, from A to Z, we have done a complete multimedia show in the vein of the sports venue. This time for the opening ceremony at CEV EuroVolley 2023 at the UNIBET arena in Tallinn, Estonia. This project was about the entire proposal, design, preparation, implementation, and production of the opening show. The whole parts of the multimedia show comprised laser display systems, stage lights, kinetic LED pixel tubes, fog screen, special effects, video projection, and 3D video mapping. There were timecode shows synchronized with the music before each match as well. So, even more visitors could see the shows. Installation time took 2 weeks, preparation time 2 months, a team of 20 persons was involved, 2 full trucks of equipment. Everything focused on every technical and content detail.
Laser display systems were used for laser graphics on the floor, and laser beam show in the hall.
Stage lights were for lighting effects inside the hall.
Kinetic LED pixel tubes, mounted in the shape of triangles, were composed into the multimedia show.
A fog screen with video projection was an entrance gate with a smoke screen effect when teams boarded on the playground.
Special effects Sparkulars (cold fountains), were used during entry of teams before each match.
Video projection was realized on 2 roll-up meshes, hung on the rigging above the playground.
3D video mapping with a combination of laser mapping was onto the playground.
Outside installation in front of the hall was realized with laser mapping and laser graphics on the arena’s facade, together with beam lights such as advertising to the sky.
