Even worse, 90% of those considered lower income made sacrifices on other necessities like groceries and medicine to pay their energy bills, and 68% conserved energy to uncomfortable levels in order to save energy.
The Big Insight
Everyone deserves access to affordable energy and ComEd goes the extra mile to provide customers with bill assistance options. While a little help can go a long way, nobody wants to feel or be seen as helpless. When people receive assistance, whether financial or otherwise, they may feel inspired to pass it on.
The Solution
A heartwarming campaign called “A Little Assistance” where neighbors pass on and do little acts of kindness for each other, all triggered by an act of assistance from ComEd.
