In 2023, PA Consulting’s in-house Design Studio worked with PA’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team to create PA’s new global talent identity.
The brief highlighted four key objectives:
• Pushing the PA brand identity – making TA stand out from other PA output such as client stories or other day-to-day social assets.
• Differentiate PA Talent Acquisition from competitors and appeal to a broad cross section of candidates across multiple sectors and broad range of experience.
• Be authentic — by putting real people at the centre to reflect our brand purpose: a positive human future.
• Create a flexible system (not a campaign) that works from text-only social assets to OOH advertising and event collateral.
Our response was to focus on the core differentiator we believe sits at the heart of PA: a belief that real ingenuity is the result of building connections. We do this by bringing together experts from various disciplines, connecting them, and empowering them to bring their great ideas to life.
We devised a molecular structure as a great way to visually show this, demonstrating how a single idea can grow through our connections to build ingenuity, because ideas don’t arise in a vacuum.
The resulting identity feels part of the PA brand family, while differentiating TA’s offer to their Early Career audience and Experienced Hires.
We’re super proud of the results.
