In 2023, mental healthcare startup MIND 24-7 underwent a complete rebrand and website redesign. When MIND 24-7’s original website went live in 2021, its main purpose was attracting investors, but now, the website needed to shift toward a different audience — prospective patients.
Because MIND 24-7 is an entirely new concept in behavioral health, the the rebrand and website redesign had to clearly convey the MIND 24-7 purpose. It also had to be more consumer-friendly.
The new site went live in early May 2023. In addition to being more optimistic and approachable in its design, navigation and imagery, the site also tells potential patients how MIND 24-7 can help adults, youth and community partners. And it does so with copy that is broadly accessible with an eye toward SEO.
The early quantifiable results were telling. Between Q2 2022 and Q2 2023, MIND 24-7 realized a 1,415% year-over-year growth in internet referral sources. This, combined with a larger media plan, resulted in a 191% growth in patient volumes.
