In June of 2022, the team launched a campaign across the United States and Canada to raise awareness about its services and expertise, promoting itself and showcasing its capabilities to internal teams and stakeholders. This campaign utilized a variety of channels, including multi-market launch events, email campaigns, digital signage, social media, and promotional items.

The JLL Creative primary logo-lockup was crafted to highlight the "CRE" portion of CREATIVE, symbolizing our dedication to the Commercial Real Estate industry. Our tessellation mosaic pattern, representing the diversity of people and projects we work with, added a touch of visual interest.

Our strategic takeover of LinkedIn generated significant attention and sparked conversations within our company and industry. And our launch parties provided a much-needed opportunity for relaxation, team bonding, and learning about how JLL Creative could assist with upcoming projects. Additionally, we launched a comprehensive internal website to guide our partners to working with us better and built in-office signage highlighting our designers and their skills.

JLL Creative experienced a significant 13% increase in utilization hours during the first seven months of 2023 compared to 2022. This growth enabled the team to gain a 7% increase in direct headcount while also eliminating their reliance on external third-party vendors and contractors. This influx of resources, coupled with improved processes, empowered JLL Creative to expand its design capabilities.

With this campaign, JLL Creative's self-promotion efforts have been effective in communicating its value proposition and capabilities.
