Palm Bay International, a leading US-based importer of wines and spirits, sought to modernize and future-proof its digital presence to better serve its complex network of stakeholders within the US three-tier system.
The project’s primary focus was on addressing the diverse needs of these stakeholders by enhancing the digital platform to improve usability, accessibility, and engagement. We conducted a brand audit, facilitated stakeholder workshops, performed competitor analysis, and collected real time feedback to ensure our strategy was comprehensive and effective.
Key elements of the implementation included:
Stakeholder-Centric Design: Developed a user-friendly interface to streamline the experience for distribution partners, buyers, and producers, ensuring easy access to essential information and tools.
Enhanced Digital Usability: Ensured compliance with Web Accessibility Guidelines, optimizing the website for readability, navigation, and overall user experience.
Sales Tool Generator: Developed a bespoke sales tool application to enable sales representatives to produce comprehensive, branded sales materials effortlessly, enhancing consistency and efficiency.
Brand Guidelines Development: We developed comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital and print platforms. These guidelines outlined the use of visual elements, typography, color schemes, and tone of voice.

Website traffic increased by 40%, with pageviews up by 101% compared to the same month last year. Average pages per session increased by 48%, and time spent on the site grew by 8%. Feedback from industry peers and partners was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the website’s improved usability and sophisticated image.
