Rebranded as Red Hat One, the previously known APAC Red Hat Sales & Technical Kick Off is an annual, offsite, flagship, sales enablement event where Red associates gather to align sales and go to market strategies through enablement sessions and team building activities.
The 1,511 delegates comprised associates from sales and technical functions in APAC, global leadership and subject matter speakers. This year, for the first time, Red Hat partners from APAC were also invited to the event.
We wanted to challenge the limits of experiential marketing - to make every touch point more exciting, impressive and inspiring.
The theme for “Explore the Epic” was crafted to draw the focus of the sales audience towards the vast opportunities for growth and success in the new year, and also to inspire the delegates to discover their own epic potential from the event.
To achieve this, the team also worked closely with leadership to identify 3 key attributes that would unlock the epic potential of the delegates. Taking these messages into plan, we curated a journey for delegates to uncover the goals and aspirations from attending this event, embark on their own journey of self-discovery, and commit to the joint success of the individual and organization.- all while being aligned to the strategy for success framework outlined by the leadership team.
“Explore the Epic” is manifested by a highly immersive, interactive and experiential journey for delegates as
we brought the magic of exploration to life through the entire event, seamlessly weaving the theme into each and every activation point. This exploration for delegates meant that they will come together as one, to advance together as one, to learn together as one, and finally to celebrate together as one.
Other event priorities included weaving in the local Balinese experience for the delegates; and to deliver the event in support of Bali’s eco-sustainability efforts.
