Competing for talent. Hiring and retaining employees. Navigating ever-changing regulations and compliance requirements. These are just a few of the many daily challenges small and medium-sized businesses face – and that TriNet can help alleviate.

Our client TriNet is a 30-plus-year-old HR solutions and services company with 23,000 clients and more than 300,000 employees. TriNet recently developed a new brand tagline and campaign focused on serving and celebrating the people of small to medium-sized businesses – those who run them and those who make them run. The TriNet Brand & Digital Activation team understood it needed a suite of new videos to help communicate its value and position it as a partner to founders, leaders, and HR managers.

For the brand hero video – the first of four videos we created for them – we developed a bold “Bring It” concept that heroes the resolve of small/medium business leaders, and of TriNet, the trusted partner and sidekick. Using live action captured in a single production day, motion graphics, and on-screen text, the video tracks a day in the life of a small business leader with TriNet at her side.

The video was so well received by company leadership and at its annual sales conference that we were asked to create 30-second countdowns to be used for streaming and connected TV ad spots.
