The AZEK Company is innovative and fast-growing, crafting beautiful home-building products with a strong commitment to sustainability and the use of recycled materials. Equally impressive is their vibrant company culture — a defining feature we were honored to capture in a new employee recruitment video.

AZEK employees are the company’s strongest ambassadors. We worked closely with the AZEK team to curate a cast of employees who could speak to the key messages we hoped to communicate about why someone should consider working in building products — and specifically, why they should consider working at AZEK. It’s a story of a fast-growing and innovative company with a deep entrepreneurial spirit; a company committed to transforming its customers' lives, leaving the planet better than it found it, and doing the right thing. AZEK also invests in and takes care of its people, values teamwork, and celebrates excellence. There’s a lot to love.

The video was filmed across two locations – AZEK’s manufacturing facility in Wilmington, Ohio, and their headquarters in Chicago – on a limited timeline due to a factory floor that never stops, the day-to-day commitments of featured employees, and the busy schedules of executives running an innovative and visionary company. From the factory floor to the executive suite, we saw firsthand how their passion and teamwork drive both innovation and impact.

Blending video footage from multiple sources (original live-action, homes and products shot by other teams, and employee-generated video), AZEK’s incredible employees are the heroes of this video – and the AZEK story.
