M&G Investments launched a distinctive new brand platform and visual identity at the beginning of 2024 as part of its vision to revive its market awareness and perceptions. It represented the collective focus of the entire organisation.
This was more than a brand identity refresh; it helped to coalesce the business around a value proposition that refocused on what was important - the client. The process that got us to the positioning used employee interviews and market research, facilitating two-way conversations that enhanced the proposition every step of the way.

The supporting messaging hierarchy captured and aligned what makes M&G Investments a truly special organisation, in a way that hadn’t been achieved for many years. All centered around the proposition that M&G Investments’ makeup and spirit cultivates sharing and linking of expertise to deliver an enhanced, well-balanced and well-rounded experience for its clients. We expressed this as ‘Intelligence Connected’.
The result was a contemporary, flexible and highly impactful brand, bringing M&G Investments to life in a way that feels permanent and powerful.
