A cross-generational endorsers (Eric Kot & Pomato) led fun, shareable content, while The Omni-Channel Approach ensured seamless engagement across digital and offline, from awareness to conversion.
By leveraging social-first storytelling, influencer collaborations, and interactive activations, these meaningful conversations positioned Hang Seng Preferred Banking as the leading choice for everyday banking and wealth management to young generation.
