Bridge My Return helps veterans, who are transitioning back into civilian life, find jobs. Vets unemployment rate is far above the national average. The problem is twofold. Vets don’t know how what they did in the military translates to civilian jobs or resumes. Companies don’t know these skilled, trainable, experienced, and hardworking people are out there. This particular work was aimed at the latter problem.
