The "Big Share" is a monthly video program produced by an in-house communications team within the CSF Facilities Division at the International Monetary Fund. The purpose of the "Big Share" is to highlight both the work and personal stories of the employees. It encourages staff to share their reflections on their work, their experiences from missions or in the field, their personal hobbies and passions, as well as their learning journeys. The program also serves as a platform to celebrate team achievements and recognize individual contributions.

Staff in the Facilities Division are often seen as the unsung heroes of the institution. They work behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly and ensure a seamless workplace experience for everyone. Through these lively videos, we give them a well-deserved moment in the spotlight, showcasing their hard work, dedication, and accomplishments. By recognizing the diverse roles and talents within the team—many of which often go unnoticed in day-to-day operations—the program helps to foster a more cohesive and motivated team culture.

Each month, the video is first shared via email with the entire team. It has then become a cherished tradition to watch it together during our next divisional meeting. The atmosphere is always vibrant, filled with laughter, applause, and a deep sense of pride. For the Team Facilities, the program is more than just a video; it provides a glimpse into aspects of the team that are typically hidden from view. It also serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of connection, recognition, and appreciation in cultivating a strong, collaborative work environment. Ultimately, the "Big Share" helps to bring the team closer, strengthening relationships and reinforcing the sense of community within the division.
