With post-pandemic travel demand surging, CAA’s travel insurance awareness campaign aimed to educate Members and travellers on the importance of proper travel insurance coverage. Misconceptions were widespread, and CAA needed to position itself as a trusted thought leader.

The creative centrepiece was Earhart, the CAA Travel Wise Owl—a friendly, knowledgeable character who guided travellers through the often-overlooked details of proper travel insurance. With a reassuring and informative approach, Earhart simplified complex coverage concepts, helping audiences understand the risks of underinsurance and the benefits of CAA coverage. Through digital education, social engagement, and content marketing, the campaign raised awareness and empowered travellers to make informed decisions.
