Distil Your World is an explorative journey to discover and capture the essence of some of the world’s most iconic locations, uncovering the flavours, people and culture and bottling it all in a single malt whisky paired with a unique gastronomic experience.

The success and interest from Amazon Prime Video in our documentary Chef’s Diaries: Scotland (an initial project with the same approach) has allowed us to create a full series, of which Distil Your World Hong Kong is the latest episode.

The Macallan is committed to excellence. Distil Your World is a prime example of their unyielding spirit of exploration and insatiable thirst for knowledge. This project showcases their dedication by documenting and revealing the secrets of some of the most iconic places and cities around the globe. This episode is the latest challenge in their long and successful relationship seeking innovation with Michelin 3-star chefs the Roca brothers of El Celler de Can Roca, twice awarded World's Best Restaurant.

Innovation, gastronomy research, sustainability and a deep community spirit are central to this documentary series, which depicts a unique journey to unseen locations, where masters learn from masters by meeting with leading people who make those iconic places tick.

We researched inspiring places in Hong Kong by partnering with leading locals who have a unique view about innovation, gastronomy, sustainability and community spirit - values shared by The Macallan and the Roca brothers. We documented the whole process creating content including:
- A documentary series featuring Hong Kong in this latest episode.
- A Limited Edition with a whisky and unique packaging including artwork inspired by the journey and created by a local Hong Kong artist.
-A gastronomic creation of the Roca brothers inspired by this journey to Hong Kong.
-A content social media campaign with special features on everyone who appears in the episode.

The project outcomes are remarkable
- An engaging content plan across major social platforms including Filmin, Amazon, Apple TV, Google TV, Facebook, YouTube AVOD, X, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- A Limited Edition of 2,500 bottles.
