Zillow had a bold vision—to combine three distinct conferences into one spectacular, unified experience. Each of these conferences had its own audience, purpose, and set of expectations, making it a challenge to bring them together without losing the unique elements that each group valued. Zillow needed a partner who could take on the challenge of merging messaging, branding, and attendee experiences seamlessly into a single, cohesive mega-event. Drury Design helped make this ambitious concept a reality. From branding and event design to execution, we took on the task of transforming multiple Zillow events into one groundbreaking experience: Zillow UNLOCK.
To accomplish this, Drury created an UNLOCK brand that served as the event’s unifying identity, visually representing Zillow across all touch points. Our team transformed the host hotel with immersive Zillow-branded experiences, turning every corner, hallway, and gathering area into a vivid celebration of the Zillow identity. This complete visual takeover ensured that attendees felt fully immersed in the Zillow world as soon as they stepped onto the property.
At the heart of the event was the Experience Hub—a one-of-a-kind environment designed to showcase Zillow's full suite of products and services. This vibrant space allowed attendees to explore offerings, network with other guests, build meaningful relationships with sponsors, and relax in comfortable social spaces.
For the keynote sessions, we curated a powerful lineup that took attendees on a journey through Zillow’s latest innovations and future visions. From unveiling groundbreaking technologies to sharing upcoming services, each session delivered excitement and anticipation, solidifying Zillow’s position as a market leader and innovator.
Drury also produced interactive workshops where attendees could engage directly with Zillow’s latest innovations. These sessions provided deep insights and hands-on experiences, allowing participants to delve into specific tools, learn new strategies, and leave with actionable takeaways.
As a final highlight, Drury turned the Experience Hub into an unforgettable evening welcome party. The transformation included live music, delectable food, dynamic activations, and engaging attendee experiences. This festive evening brought Zillow’s community together in a relaxed setting, offering a unique opportunity to build connections and celebrate.
