Universal Admedia was honored to lead the rebranding and website redesign of Astoux & Brun, with the mission of preserving its legacy while evolving the brand for a new generation of diners.

The rebranding process focused on preserving the restaurant's authentic charm while introducing modern design elements. The updated visual identity incorporates maritime motifs and a refined color palette, reflecting Astoux & Brun's deep connection to the sea and its culinary traditions.

The new website serves as a digital embodiment of the restaurant's ambiance. Featuring intuitive navigation, immersive imagery, and responsive design, it offers visitors an experience akin to dining at Astoux & Brun. Detailed presentations of signature dishes, insights into the restaurant's history, and an emphasis on its commitment to sustainability enrich the user journey. the site captures the soul of Astoux & Brun: a place where seafood is celebrated, conversations flow freely, and every dish is a memory in the making.

The overall experience is mobile-optimized, multilingual, and intentionally simple — honoring the brand’s philosophy of “authentic, not pretentious.” Special focus was given to storytelling, including the history of the Brun family, their long-time staff, and the enduring love guests have for the restaurant.

With Cannes being a hub for international events like the Cannes Lions and MIPIM, the rebrand positions Astoux & Brun as a must-visit destination — not just for seafood, but for unforgettable experiences.

This project is a tribute to legacy, craftsmanship, and meaningful design that bridges the past with the future.
