By pulling back the timeline, the campaign spotlighted the challenges, sacrifices, and initiatives of customs professionals, and how their work contributes to national safety, global trade facilitation, and economic sustainability.
Anchored in the 2024 theme set by the World Customs Organization, calling for creativity and innovation, ZATCA positioned itself as a modern global model in customs leadership. Through this campaign, the Authority delivered a clear and compelling message: behind every customs success lies a lasting impact that extends far beyond borders.
The core visual execution was a cinematic video that used CGI techniques to portray the depth and continuity of customs work. It traced the unseen parts of each mission, from securing borders, to managing global supply chains, to digitizing customer services, and presented them in a visually engaging and accessible way.
The campaign quickly rose to global attention, thanks to its universal message and emotional clarity. It sparked strong engagement across social platforms and received public support from multiple government agencies. More than a tribute, “A Lasting Impact” became a statement of pride, purpose, and progress, amplifying ZATCA’s voice on the international stage.
