Challenge
Veracode had built significant trust with developers, but the brand evolution needed to scale beyond this core audience. It had to feel bigger, smarter, and more sophisticated than solely a development tool – all while positioning security as an active, adaptive force rather than a static safeguard.
Approach
Sköna crafted a visual system and brand voice that brings Veracode’s comprehensive application risk management portfolio to life. Dynamic lighting and gradient transitions serve as visual metaphors, illuminating potential risks and solutions as they emerge. We also worked with illustrator Koivo to develop an illustration style that turns complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories. Every element reinforces Veracode’s role as the security partner that thinks, learns, and evolves in real time.
Impact
The rebrand repositioned Veracode as not just a developer tool, but a proactive force in cybersecurity. With a scalable system that can evolve alongside their expanding product suite, they set themselves up for their next phases of growth while increasing visibility in the market and improving engagement across all stakeholders.
