Breccia Capital is the holding company for the Vitus Energy group of companies, as well as future non-fuel-related entities. The new holding firm was named for geologic breccia, which is an aggregate composed of large angular rock fragments cemented together by a fine-grained cement of clay or sand. For this company, the term reflects the collection of unrelated companies bonded by common management. Mad Dog created the new logo, which depicts a cross-section of rock breccia with an initial “B” formed by negative space. The chosen color is a nod to the financial nature of the business.
