In 2025, amid global commercial turbulence—from tariff disputes to shifting market dynamics—SMEs face unprecedented challenges. In response, Alibaba.com, as a global leader in B2B e-commerce, launched CoCreate 2025, a flagship sourcing event connecting global buyers with trusted manufacturers and industry experts.
CoCreate 2025 unveils a refreshed visual identity, translating strategic visions into compelling brand narratives. The powerful visual expression aims to empower businesses with strength and momentum amid global uncertainty.
Design Concept:
The visual identity centers on the concept of “Growth Sequence,” rooted in Alibaba.com’s core strength: its AI-powered global supply chain. This design narrative illustrates an evolution from disorder and unpredictability to an ordered, sustainable system. With a professional and culturally inclusive design approach, the circle is chosen as the core visual motif. The result is a restrained yet powerful visual system that renders the concept of “Growth Sequence” tangible and resonant.
This concept manifests in two strategic dimensions:
AI-Driven Empowerment—Each inquiry activates Alibaba.com’s intelligent global network, triggering coordinated responses across the supply chain to deliver efficient and holistic solutions.
Supply Chain Reliability—Amid global volatility, Alibaba.com builds a reliable and sustainable growth framework, constantly injecting resilience and new growth potential into global partners.
Visual Language:
The visual system adopts an industrially grounded aesthetic, translating professionalism and reliability into clear brand cues—articulating Alibaba.com’s positioning as a leading global B2B platform and resonating with its users.
Typography Design:
Rooted in CoCreate’s ethos of “Collaboration and Co-creation,” the typography integrates circular geometry—featuring the round “O” and restructured double “C.” Six logo variations evolve from the “O,” representing the six facets of Alibaba.com’s AI-powered global supply chain: Pitch, Create, Global Supply Chain, Diversified Supply, AI Agent, and Cooperate.
Offline Experience:
The physical exhibition space, spanning more than 1,000 sqm, creates an immersive environment themed around “AI Technology + Diversified Global Supply,” featuring a buyer gallery and a modular showcase of suppliers from over 200 countries.
The holistic refreshed visual identity resonated strongly with B2B users worldwide, reinforcing CoCreate’s position as the world’s largest platform for SME entrepreneurs.
