The Coalition for Gun Control realized they needed to make a bold statement in their first-ever public campaign asking for a ban on civilian-owned handguns. They created a 13-ft. bullet in the shape of an exclamation mark and placed it at city hallu2019s iconic TORONTO sign to punctuate the severity of the issue the city was truly facing.<br><br>
