About The Entry

Designed and written by Link Logistics’ in-house Sustainability, Social Impact and Corporate Communications teams, the firm’s 2024 Sustainability Report reflects a focus on building a resilient and adaptive real estate platform that meets the energy needs of the modern supply chain. Sustainability has been central to Link Logistics’ mission from the beginning, with a practical, value-oriented approach at its core.
The report is packed with insights into Link Logistics’ sustainability strategy, including forward-thinking energy efficiency initiatives that deliver value to the firm’s customers. It spotlights Link’s progress toward reducing energy consumption across its platform, as well as its ongoing commitment to making a positive impact in its communities.

In 2025, Link Logistics delivered a digital-first experience for its 2024 Sustainability Report and coupled it with a robust, integrated promotional campaign to drive engagement across key stakeholder audiences (i.e., customers, industry partners, investors and employees). The microsite was brought to life through a bold campaign aesthetic, bright colors and crisp, engaging imagery. Intuitive, easy-to-follow navigation made content approachable, while the visual system carried seamlessly across campaign assets to create a cohesive experience at every touchpoint. To extend accessibility, the team developed a downloadable PDF that mirrored the aesthetic of the microsite, supporting a consistent offline experience.

- Microsite: Generated approx. 3k views; average report engagement increased by 40% year over year

- Press Release: Received 7k views

- Digital Campaign: Display ads generated 143k impressions

- Social Media: Posts generated 878k impressions

- Employee-facing promotion included an all-staff email from Link’s CEO, an intranet feature and digital signage

The strong performance of the 2024 Sustainability Report—with approx. 3,000 microsite views and over 1 million combined impressions across digital and social channels—demonstrates the value of a strategic, multi-channel communications approach. This success in turn provides a clear roadmap for future reports, affirming the effectiveness of digital-first storytelling that makes complex sustainability data accessible and engaging for diverse stakeholder groups. Moving forward, Link Logistics will build on these insights to further refine its reporting strategy, deepen stakeholder engagement and continue to transparently share progress and innovations that define its commitment to sustainable real estate.
