Challenges: 1: EdgeVerve needed to shift from ‘AI point tools’ to a unified enterprise AI platform, and to stand as a brand in its own right, not just an Infosys sub-label. 2: In enterprise AI, every brand sounded and looked the same - keywords that CXOs had learned to scroll past. Objective: Break category sameness and earn global CXO attention without feature-heavy messaging Position EdgeVerve AI Next as a platform, not multiple point solutions Establish EdgeVerve as a standalone brand beyond Infosys Research: Conversations with 8–10 global CXOs revealed two key insights: CXOs prioritise revenue blockers and growth constraints over incremental process improvements Outside work, they seek inspiration from worlds representing mastery and excellence - sports, art, adventure, nature, with peers at the top of their game Creative Idea: ‘Champions speaking to Champions’—an AI-led, metaphor-first universe where sports, art, adventure, and nature became referenced connected, enterprise-wide intelligence. AI wasn’t a subject, but a medium that brought alive this world THE METAPHOR PLATFORM: Why Sport, Art, Craft? Sport: Represents: Competition, winning, speed, synchronized teamwork, precision Platform parallel: AI Next enables enterprises to "move as one" (like championship rowing team), competing faster and cohesively Emotional resonance: CXOs identify as competitive; sport symbolizes their mindset Art: Represents: Creativity, precision, harmony, mastery, craftsmanship Platform parallel: AI Next enables customization and flexibility, like a sculptor shaping different forms Emotional resonance: CXOs see themselves as architects of strategy; art symbolizes intentionality and craft Craft: Represents: Mastery, attention to detail, continuous improvement, creating something valuable Platform parallel: AI Next empowers building custom solutions for specific business needs Emotional resonance: CXOs respect craftsmanship and quality; craft signals thoughtfulness. Outcome: The results were clearly visible, stronger brand recognition driven by a surge in direct traffic, alongside deeper engagement and improved discovery.
