About The Entry
For healthcare professionals treating postmenopausal women with osteoporosis at high risk for fracture, TYMLOS needed a website that could do more than house information. It needed to work harder as a digital sales tool: clearer, sharper, easier to navigate, and better aligned to the way HCPs actually look for treatment information.
Radius came to SFC Group to refresh TYMLOSHCP.com with a focus on usability, hierarchy, and brand storytelling. The challenge was not to reinvent the brand, but to make the experience more intuitive and more useful. The site had to support busy physicians, deliver important clinical information efficiently, and guide users through the TYMLOS story without adding friction.
The result was a more streamlined, purpose-built HCP website designed around clarity and flow. Content was reorganized to help users quickly find what matters most, from efficacy and safety to patient support and resources. Key messages were elevated, page structures were tightened, and visual hierarchy was improved so important information could be absorbed faster. The experience was built to feel modern and approachable while staying appropriate for a regulated pharmaceutical audience.
The design approach balanced clinical credibility with warmth and accessibility. Clean layouts, strong calls to action, organized content modules, and improved navigation helped transform the website into a more practical tool for HCP engagement. Instead of forcing users to dig, the site created a clearer path through the brand’s most important information.
The refreshed website also supported broader brand and field team needs. For sales representatives, it became an easier destination to reference during follow-up and customer conversations. For HCPs, it offered a more efficient way to explore the product, access resources, and understand available support. For Radius, it created a stronger digital home for TYMLOS that could better serve both education and engagement.
TYMLOSHCP.com demonstrates how thoughtful website design can improve the way pharmaceutical information is delivered. The work did not rely on unnecessary complexity or flashy digital tricks. It focused on what HCPs need most: clear content, smart structure, and a user experience that respects their time.
