Born & Raised in NYC <br>As part of an ongoing series, we are commissioning films that celebrate the unique cultures and characters in cities across the world. We use our platform to tell the exceptional stories of the individuals that inhabit these cities to inspire our audience connect with each location on a local level. <br>Our New York City film tells the emotional story of a woman's dream to ride the Coney Island Cyclone.<br>We interviewed a NYC local about the places in his city that meant something to him, and through this conversation we learned about this beautiful story of his friend Joan was a perfect fit. This, combined with animator Chu-Chieh Lee?s joyful characters and honest storytelling, we had a special project that inspires our audience to look further than Times Square and find out what NYC really has to offer.
