Every year we create a holiday video to entertain our clients. This year, we decided to do something different. We saw a Washington Post article about how kindness improves health. Our work is all about health. And kindness is one of our core values. We look for it when we hire. So, we decided to use the video to educate our clients (and the world) on why kindness is so important. And inspire them to spread it. We called it Contagious. Then we approached The Fred Rogers Center -- the king of kindness’ not-for-profit -- to help them raise money for the healthy development of children. The rest is 6MM views history. More than double our goal.
